I read this in yesterdays paper, "A person injured riding an ATV at Atkinson Motorsports is suing the business, alleging that he hit a drainage ditch at a dried-up lake Oct 8 2011, he flipped the ATV and suffered injuries that included a fractured neck. In his lawsuit, Robert Schacht said the business was negligent and failed to warn him of the drainage ditch, failed to place warning signs, failed to warn him of a dangerous condition and failed to inspect the condition of the park to determine whether there was a dangerous condition. The second count of the two-count lawsuit cites "willful and wanton conduct" and alleges there had been other accidents where riders were injured or their ATVs damaged, and that the defendants had actual knowledge of those incidents prior to the plaintiff's injuries. Mr. Schacht is seeking in excess of $50,000 plus court costs on each of the counts." Personally ::)I think it's B.S. (with a capital B) !!!! I would love to run into this guy and give him a big thanks from the entire riding community for the wonderful favor he's doing for the rest of us. If there is a god, Robert AND his lawyer will hopefully step in front of a bus TODAY! I'm done venting now, thanks for listening.

Dear Mr. Robert Shmuck I'm sorry you got hurt. But seriously why would you try and sue and probably shut down the only atv park we have in the area. Suck it up and be a man and deal with it. We have all rolled, wrecked, flipped, etc. it's a part of riding and that s the chance we all take. Please withdraw your lawsuit.

This is what happened to the Ruffcorn farm.
If you can’t handle the terrain say in the back yard!

x2. That or just ride one of the kiddies electric ones. (Hmmm, then again he would probably sue the toy company if he fell off cause he rolled over a another toy or shoe) I guess he would be best off living in a bubble.
