Any size, any type, any manufacturer, what do you think the best ATC of all time is? Give some reasoning to help back up your claim!

My dad has 3 Honda ATC 250R's that look killer but they are his collectables and he doesn't ride them or let anybody else ride them. I also love the way the 350x looks also but i've never riddin one so I don't know how it performs.

[Wiping the drool from my mouth] Your Dad has 3 Honda 250R's in a collection!!!!!! oh, oh, can I see, can I see........ ........or better yet.... ride! Seriously thats awesome, post some pics if you have any I always like looking at other peoples trikes especially the well preserved ones. In case you hadnt noticed by my avatar I own an 85 350X. Its been rebuilt, bored one over, ported, polished, performance aluminum exhaust, and UNI filter. It wont beat Raptors or 450's but I bet it'd give your ex a run for its money. I've had it for about 8 years and love it! Now that I have my Z400 its semi retired but still sees some trail duty a few times a year. My Pick(s) Of course I feel the 350X is on of the best trikes ever and it was way ahead of its time. Until Honda came out with the 400ex in 1999 there wasnt a 4 stroke sport ATV that could touch it! Thats over 10 years after the 350X was no longer produced. Plus the 350 motor was near bullet proof and still stands the test of time today. My other pick for best ATC ever would have to be the Honda 90....not any specific year but all of them. This is the bike that started it all and was still around when it all ended a real icon and bullet proof machine in the 3 wheeler world. Then theres also the Honda 200X which was the best selling sport three wheeler of all time! And the Yamaha Tri-Z was pretty bad a$$....... Dang its hard to pick just one!

Well, I have owned all of the following Honda's...
ATC 70 ATC 90 ATC 110 ATC 125m ATC 185s ATC 200x ATC 250sx ATC 250r (really my ex husband's but I rode it once)
I really like sportiness of the 200x and the suspension was really great. I absolutely loved it, but the kick start began to do a number on me. No problem with the bike, but it's just hard for a little girl to kick all the time. No reverse didn't really bother me until I got used to riding an ATV.
I never thought in a million years I would say it but, what do you know, ATVs are a lot more stable on inclines and reverse and electric start aren't to shabby either.
However the price to keep everything running and with the difficulty obtaining parts for the less popular ATCs, they were just nickel and dime-ing me to death. After I purchased my 400ex, they all just sat anyway and I decided to just get rid of them. I still miss riding on three wheels. I sure do wish they would start making them again.
On a side note, my 250sx did have electric start and reverse but it was a tank. It weighed 20 lbs more than my stock 400ex! They were known as a sport/utility ATC and to me not a lot of fun to ride.
Also when I finally sold my 1976 ATC 90 for $60, it still started first pull and the motor had never been touched. I think Honda may lag behind in the "looks" category sometimes, but the motors are tried and true.

Oh and Xman, since you are now the proud owner of Chevy's old ACT 70, have you worked on it at all? Have you rode it yet? Or did you sell it on Ebay for millions? hehehehehe

I personally love my old 1986 Honda 200X. The size fits me good and the suspension is perfect. One of my favorite features about the 86 is the red, white and blue color scheme.
I've rode many different 3-wheelers back in the day, but my overall pick would be the Honda 200X.
