I am the overly proud owner of a 2003 Bombardier D.S. 650 Baja, and yes I too have put my quad under the knife. My clutch every once in awhile would not fully engage. It's not the disc's that are slipping it's actually a shaft with teeth thats missing a tooth. That missing tooth would cause the clutch mechanism to bind and not let it fully engage. I did some research and from what I can tell, the shaft must be a weakly casted part. Bombardier actually re-casted the shaft and gave it a new part number. I have ordered my replacement parts from Barr's Sales & Service and they should be in next week. Hopefully I'll have a few pics up soon.
