I'm wondering... Since Weck & Amber both ride Raptors maybe he can enter in her class. I think they give out prizes for second place don't they? ;D

I think almost everyone leaves with something. I am on the fence about going or not.

Jason Soseman was wondering about how many quads to expect from Two Rivers ATV Club. Is anyone besides me planning on going? ;)Sheraptor

All that showed up had a good time! We would have liked to see more club members there. Everybody left with some nice prizes and one club member brought home some nice hardware!! But I'll let HER tell the story about the battle for a first place finish!!

Wish I could have been there to put up my share of a fight for first place. Unfortunately I was under the weather all weekend and decided a little rest and recovery time was needed so as to not extend my miserableness any longer. Cant wait to hear the stories! ;D

;D It was me! I won a big First Place trophy for beginners class! It was my first race after all. I might be NEW to racing, but my body feels very OLD today. It was a great time, everyone had a blast, and the weather was beautiful. DarthATVidious

Well, no one really discussed the Fun Run, so here I go. This years event consisted of 5 "A" class, 10 "B" class, and 2 "Beginner" class. The moto cross race was the first event and since the "A" class could not be divided evenly, they all raced at the same time. The "B" & "Beginner" class were divided into 4 groups of 3. The moto track consisted of some small doubles, whoops, a table top, and huge up hill jump. We each were timed for every lap, 5 laps for this event. Then the hare scramble race was raced by all classes at the same time with the "A" class leaving at the first gun shot and the "B" & "Beginner" class leaving about 10 seconds later with the second gun shot. Jason Soseman started the race with our quads and keys turned off, us ATV riders on our knees facing our quads with our hands on our bumpers. The hare scramble track was a narrow path between trees, two creek crossings, and several log jumps. This track was approximately 2 1/2 miles long with only one check point. This event also was timed at the check point for 5 laps. Two Rivers ATV Club members places are..... "A" CLASS 2nd Place Eric Taflinger
"B" CLASS 2nd Place Brian Apostolos (new member) 3rd Place Amber Huggins 4th Place Rydur Newton 7th Place Sue Shipman
"BEGINNER CLASS 1st Place Amy Shipman

Way To Go ET you're my Hero!!! There's gotta be a trophy pic out there somewhere.
I heard Sheraptor let Brian get ahead of her so he would'nt feel bad. Bump that girl to the A Class next year...
