Just talked to the guy up at attica family campground and made my reservation for the weekend april 26-29. I am looking forward to this ride. I had a great time up there the last couple of years. If anyone wants to ride up and split the campsite with me let me know.

The number to the Attica Family Campground is (765) 762-6189. I think the guy said that I was on site 16. I told him that the club was comming up that weekend and he said they would try to group us together. There were both primitive campsites and electric/water campsite around the site I reserved. It was $25 a night for the campsite with electric/water.

That video looks cool. Maybe they will want to take one of us as a navigator with them!! I'm excited about going to the Badlands! It's a cool place with so many different terrains in one park. It's been a couple years since I've gone, it's going to be great! Who else is going beside Jon, Amber and I?

Don't forget to bring spare parts! If you have something that is close to wearing out or failure, bring a new part with you. You don't want to drive all that way without a backup plan. I usually bring some tools to work on my equipment because you can never be too sure. The reason for this post: I failed a chain at Brushy Ridge last weekend and didn't have a backup to get my back on the trail. I still had fun, it was just short lived.

I'm not positive but I think they have some type maintenance garage with limited parts. Or bring a backup quad.

They have a store there, they sell chains, spark plugs, tires, things of that nature that will fit-all sort of speak. I bet with a race on saturday that place will be very busy.

I hope its not too busy. I know the guy at the campsite said there is a great view from the campgrounds for watching the race.

Here is a decent video I found on youtube of the Badlands. If you weren't sure about going or haven't ever been, watch this video, I think it will change your mind! Don't get intimidated by the name of the park either.

Looks like we are going to have a good crowd out there riding this weekend. By my count we will have at least 14 members riding. Looking forward to riding with everyone!
