April is about here. So time to start thinking about the 1st round of the IATVHSS series right in our back yard. It will be a little different this year as all 12 adult classes will run at 11:00 instead of a AM class and PM class. The kids will still race at 8:00 am so be sure to come early and watch all the up and coming go fast racers. Open Fly Racing will be there in full force again this year with a couple of new additions to the team. Team Open Fly Racing +50 David L. Willey #336 Fastcat1 +30 Jamie Weckel #255 Turbo B Robbie Enquist #338 Robfast338 B Josh Radcliff #407 C +26 Randy Willey #335 Z-Racer C +26 Ryan Reekers #529 C +26 Mike Reekers #117 Almost forgot we have a Open Fly Racing member in training #522 Adam Weckel also know as minime......... The Team Still has CPR Power Sports formerly (QCQuadDoctor) as our #1 sponsor we also picked up Thede Photography as a sponsor her pictures are awesome. (of course the team is always looking for sponsors if you want to help) Looking forward to going back to Kenny's place for the 2nd race at his farm I think we will have some new things to offer this time around, Hope to see plenty of spectators and some new faces in the racing scene. So till later Fastcat1 is Outta here.........

Looking forward to being there. Need some desperate seat time, weight loss and endurance! I still plan on trying the B class.
What's with this Turbo fella not following suit with his fellow teammates? I thought +30 was for the older A and AA guys? How's Open Fly gonna sweep the podium in B now?

B is for Boys, Vet class is for Studs... ;D That have been put out to pasture. To cover the podium we were counting on another steller Ubbie finish to help with that. If its not to muddy we have a chance... FastCan you left out one of your finest negotiating accomplishments in landing a Level A factory Fly deal for the team as well. We had some 11x17 flyers printed up and they are currently being passed out around the area to try and drive spectator and racer participation. With this being the first race of the year and past track awards this could double the number of quads from last year. You're gonna want to be there!! Who's sponsoring this race anyway?

Not if I have anything to say about it. Oh and Turbo is scared of me, that's why he won't run the B class.

Nice Quad for a beginner.
Oh I'll fear it alright.....for all 30 minutes that it will run during a race...
You better find a skid of a sprocket ring before Rnd 1

I didn't run a skid plate or sprocket guard there last year. Although, after destroying my rotor in Missouri last month I decided that I will get one anyways. I have only had one problem with that quad during a race, go figure it was at Spraugville. BTW, this beginner beat you last year at Mt. P and the season before in points, on a 400.

LL TN GNCC sounds awesome. I am trying to get to one of the Nationals before the break. The opportunities of being lapped by Ballance are getting fewer and fewer.

I am going to race the morning class at LL so I can watch the pros race in the afternoon and I don't have much seat time. Now the Ironman will be a different story, I will race afternoon for that one so I can put Ballance into a tree.

So how did it go? I've been sick the last 3 days. We were ready to go if I was feeling any better, but that didn't happen.
