The Frozen Toe Enduro at the Tri-City Motorcross track is Sunday January 28th. I have previously said it was Superbowl Sunday, but that is the following weekend. There is open practice on the track in the morning then the Bikes race in the late morning and the quads after that. There are two classes: Studded Tires & Non-Studded. Watch for more details at www.tricitym-c.comI will try to update here as more info becomes available. Who's in, Who's out 2005 was very muddy, 06 was just about perfect. Here are some pics from the races. 2005 www.tricitym-c.com/images/FT2005/_index_FT05.htm2006 www.tricitym-c.com/images/FT_02-12-06/_index_FT06.htm

Good thing they are classifying them by tires, cuz my quad will be studded, but that's just the rider. I'll try to be there.

Now that's interesting, we've got a "studded" rider from Galesburg, and a "stud muffin" from Wyoming. ;D I wonder if they're related?

That couldn't be IMBngPassed-(again!). This guy is not only catching some air, but he also has skidplate & adequate bumper protection for his machine.

No that's not me. I would be tripling instead of doubling. ;D Hey QDOC, let me know how them "adequate" skids are when you get high centered again, and I pass you. Yes, they'll protect your ride, but not your pride.

To see a fine example of "skidplate-surfin'" see our December Caption Contest. ;D Must've been a rock down in the murky depths. UBN wouldn't do that with his "four-wheel-drive assist" 450R. When the tires get stuck in a rut, his sprocket & brake disc keep the quad motivating forward.

There is no AMA / ATVA needed. You are basically paying for a one day membership ($25) and racing for free. Insurance purposes, I'm sure. Otherwise there are no other regulations except for the obvious riding gear...
